PSP Stanima battery

I bought the SONY brand "stanima" battery for PSP - $39.99...

IT has larger capacity and is supposed to provide 20% more life...

I just got it all charged up - ill report if I notice a difference or not...lets be clear that I currently dont have any issues with the PSP battery life, but 20% more cant hurt...

Anyone else tried the stanima battery by SONY?

$40 for 20% more life. Crappy deal.
I'll take a slight bulk hike and 100% more.

We are overdue for a new type of battery, Li-on batteries are pretty good but not good enough for stuff like the psp. Also they should make real li-on batteries in AA form, that would be good for things like the Wii.

Yeah why there isn't a recharable Wii battery yet is beyond me.

On topic, I know this was an issue at launch, but the PSP's battery life is hardly a big deal any more. I do have to charge it more than a DS, but it lasts me quite a few gaming sessions, it's not near the power hogging levels of the game gear.

Oh god, don't even remind me about the game gear.

I wish the Wii had rechargeable batteries(and the 360 too). Buying AA batteries again is gonna be annoying...

Meh, I'll be happy if normal battery life is sustained.

havent had many instances where the PSP default battery life didnt hold up.

That said; I saw the new battery pack a few weeks ago, but skipped it when I saw 20% increase. Thats azz!!! 50% and they may get my attention.

THAT WON!!

Stanima? STANIMA? That can't be the real name.

...Screw that. Here's what you do: put up one billboard. Then simply pay a sniper to assassinate someone of global importance when they pass in front of it. Bingo! The clip will run on an endless loop on every news channel in the world, for eternity. Even as viewers gasp in horror watching the victim's head explode like a watermelon, they'll simultaneously be thinking "What's that? New Plum-Flavoured Pepsi? Cool!" each time a chunk of skull flies past your logo.
