Who here is getting Burnout Legends?

Believe it or not, but I just found out that game is going to support full Wi-Fi multiplayer... WTF!? That's awesome! Finally, the PSP gets a game worth owning other than Lumines! I know I'll be getting this on or around release day. Who's with me!

Were they making a Burnout Legends for the consoles too?

It's making me consider repurchasing a PSP.
Just need a few more must-haves.
I think portables online is an excellent idea.

looks good.

I've never really ever played a burnout on a console before

but considering the line up of PSP games, it'll do

can't wait for virtual tennis though!!

This game should be pretty kick ass. The only 2 things that may stop me from getting it are:

A > Possible ridiculous load times

B > Updating PSP firmware

If loads are reasonable and it doesnt touch the firmware(which it likely will), than I would purchase it on launch.

Is this just a racing game? lol
I have never played it. I will go check for some info on it right now.

ok, 2 questions.

why would it require a firmware update?

and why is that a bad thing if it does?

(i've been kinda out of the loop lately on psp news)

firmware updates are for security purpose and to stop people from using emulators and homebrew aps.

Yup, I am running SNES and GEN emulators on there right now and don't want to lose them until the later firmware gets hacked.

As to why it would, lots of new PSP games are updating PSP firmware. Plus, to play it online, there may be a new update that it needs to run as well. Therefore, the game can take care of the work for the user.
